Below is a picture of the shirts we will be selling for the runners to wear at races.
If you do not purchase a shirt please wear a solid colored shirt to races.
You can buy the green or tie-dye any time for $12.00.
You can order the white shirts with new slogan anytime, these shirts will be ordered on Monday, Aug. 10th ($12.00)


Shorts:
Please wear the solid colored shorts your received for races

Parents can also purchase a green, white, or tie-dye shirt for $12.00

Eligibility

Eligibility Procedures for I.E.S.A. Activities
Developing a sense of responsibility is a very important part of the curriculum in the education of children. Responsible players are needed for a team to succeed. The student should be aware that failure to abide by the requirements of the program entails personal consequences that also have an effect on the team. With this goal in mind, the eligibility policy has been developed.
St. Matthew School is a member of the Illinois Elementary School Association and complies with its eligibility standards. To participate in I.E.S.A. activities sponsored by St. Matthew School the following is required:

* attendance at St. Matthew School
* no grades (cumulative for the quarter) lower than D+
* attendance at school the entire day of a game or practice
* good conduct

Unsatisfactory conduct as determined by the principal will make a student ineligible. If a student receives a third ineligibility in a season, he/she is off the team. The pastor/principal reserves the right to waive ineligibility based on circumstances.
Academic ineligibility is reported to the Assistant Principal by the teachers weekly on Thursday. Parents, students, and coaches are sent notices on Friday. Students who are ineligible may not practice or participate in games/meets during the events the following Sunday through Saturday.
